AntryXSpace.com specializes in customized and personalized STEM education products and services, which are produced per individual order. Therefore:

All products offered in the AntryXSpace Store are custom-made based on customer specifications.
For this reason, orders are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund once manufacturing or digital delivery has started.

At AntryXSpace, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, customized products tailored specifically to your requirements. Because our items are made-to-order and personalized, our return policy differs from standard retail stores.

1. Customized & Personalized Items As per international consumer protection standards for bespoke goods, items that have been customized, personalized, or made to order are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind / No longer needed.

  • Incorrect size/color ordered by the customer.

  • Product has been used, sullied, washed, or altered by the customer.

2. Damaged or Defective Items (The Exception) We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or legally non-compliant (e.g., the wrong print was applied due to our error), we will offer a free replacement or refund.

  • Reporting Window: You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Condition of Return For the rare instances where a return is authorized (e.g., manufacturing defect):

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • "Sullied" Items: Any item returned in a sullied, stained, or damaged condition caused by the customer will be rejected immediately, and no refund will be issued.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Defects: AntryXSpace will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.

  • Other: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
